Optimus company is the first company in Lebanon to join EFQM’s Global Community Network as an active member. EFQM (www.efqm.org) is a globally recognized framework for organizational excellence, designed to help organizations improve performance and achieve sustainable success. Founded in 1989, EFQM introduced the EFQM Excellence Model, which serves as a practical and flexible tool for assessing and developing organizational practices.
