About Our CEO
Dr. Hassan Omar El Ali, Strategist, Economist, International Investment Analyst, Management consultant, and Trainer. Dr. El Ali was born and raised in Lebanon (1975). CEO and GM of Optimus Company. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics besides a DBA in Finance and Investments (Northwest University), plus two MBAs (One in Banking and Finance and the other MBA in Management) in addition to a Bachelor in Public Administration (American University of Beirut). He also completed his pre medical studies at AUB.
Academically, After he held the post of Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration (3300 students) in a private reputable American University in Lebanon, Dr. El Ali currently serves as a lecturer as well as the Chief Advisor to many leading academic institutions. He is also the elected Secretary General of the National Coalition for Economic Reform in Lebanon.
President of the Financing Division in the Middle East, South Asia, and North Africa for Vitala Group- the British giant dealing with Financing large projects around the world and also specialized in the audit and the preparation of feasibility studies for mega projects worldwide.
Expert, author, and trainer in the Leadership Training Program held by the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor, and Social Affairs in the State of Qatar-and remains- personally preparing, lecturing, and coaching the Upper and Middle Qatari leaders with Topics covering the fields of Finance, Strategy, Management, Planning, Technical areas, Economics, Tax issues, Leadership, Governance, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Capacity Building. Also provided several training topics to the Qatari Ministry of Interior Officers.
Dr. Al Ali is a recognized trainer and Vendor of training services for Qatar Finance and Business Academy (QFBA) as well as to the Training center at Aljazeera Channel. He has also delivered training services to Qatar Financial Center (QFC). He also is frequently invited to deliver tailored specialized courses at the EMBA Programs, as an adjunct Professor, at the Doha Center for Excellence at Doha Institute.
Additionally, He tailored several specialized training programs , through Doha Institute for Graduate Studies, to the various personnel and chief at the Emiri Dewan in Qatar , besides Qatar Fund for Development and other VVIP entities and individuals.
