Summary:
Dr. Hassan Omar El Ali, Talent Acquisition and Creative Leadership expert, Enterprise transformational developer, EFQM certified Assessor 2025, Professional International Trainer, Strategist, Economist, International Investment Analyst, University Professor, and Management Consultant. Dr. El Ali was born and raised in Lebanon (1975). He holds a Doctorate in Finance and Business Economics (Northwest University), plus two MBAs (One in Banking and Finance and the other MBA in Management and Creative Leadership) in addition to a Bachelor in Public Administration (American University of Beirut). He also completed his pre medical studies at AUB.
Academically, after he held the post of Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration (3300 students) in a private reputable American University in Lebanon, Dr. El Ali currently serves as a lecturer as well as the Chief Advisor to many leading academic institutions.
