  • Conducting IT training for all ministries’ employees on all courses mentioned above.<\/li>
  • Assisting the internal training department in organizing specialized IT training sessions at the Institute.<\/li>
  • Designing and programming systems by using MS Access Program.<\/li>
  • Elaborating oral and written IT exams.<\/li>
  • Developing new teaching modules (IT Skills).<\/li>
  • Serving as administrator on finance domain -server- (Windows NT and 2020 Domain environment, MS exchange and Proxy).<\/li>
  • Troubleshooting and solving various technical issues, OS Installation.<\/li>
  • Assisted in managing and maintaining the automated systems concerning technical assistance actions, Office Supplies Management systems. Fixed Assets Management systems.<\/li><\/ul>
