Meet Our CEO
Dr. Hassan Omar El Ali, Talent Acquisition and Creative Leadership expert, Enterprise transformational developer, EFQM certified Assessor 2025, Professional International Trainer, Strategist, Economist, International Investment Analyst, University Professor, and Management Consultant. Dr. El Ali was born and raised in Lebanon (1975). He holds a Doctorate in Finance and Business Economics (Northwest University), plus two MBAs (One in Banking and Finance and the other MBA in Management and Creative Leadership) in addition to a Bachelor in Public Administration (American University of Beirut). He also completed his pre medical studies at AUB.
Academically, after he held the post of Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration (3300 students) in a private reputable American University in Lebanon, Dr. El Ali currently serves as the Founder and Managing Director of Optimus company (www.optimustrust.com).
Distinguished member of the International Advisory Board of the Swiss Academy for Leadership and Sustainability SALS.
President of the Financing Division in the Middle East, South Asia, and North Africa of a Giant British Group dealing with financing large projects around the world and also specialized in the audit and the preparation of feasibility studies for mega projects worldwide.
Expert, author, and trainer at Doha Institute for Graduate Studies – Professional Excellence Center- implementing the Leadership Training Program held by the Bureau of Civil Service and Government Development in Qatar since 2014 (Formerly the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor, and Social Affairs) and also prepares, lectures, and facilitates workshops and competency based trainings for various human capital assets in various organizations with Topics covering: Creative Leadership, Effective Communication Skills, Report Writing and information exchange, Digital Transformation, Talent Acquisition, Capacity Building, Organizational Transformation, Finance, Strategic Planning, Management, Tax issues, Stakeholder Management, Governance, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Project Management.
Some of Dr. El-Ali’s renowned clients in training and consultancy spread over the GCC and the Arab countries. He also leads teams working on Enterprise Excellence, Institutional Development, Organizational Transformation, Capacity Building, and Creativity and Innovation in many countries: KSA, Maldives, Iraq, Algeria, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Turkie, Qatar, Morocco, Oman, United Kingdom, Kuwait, Bangladesh, and France.
